Charles S. Coulter, President, One of Roanoke 's most skilled builders for nearly three decades, Charlie continues to personally manage the day to day operations of the Company. Whether he is actively engaged as the project manager of a prestige custom home or a Commercial building he is on site, constantly monitoring the progress and quality of the project.

“During the last thirty years I've breathed construction, mostly as a small business owner, and for several years as Executive Operations Officer of the residential construction division of one of Virginia 's largest commercial contractors. But my greatest professional joy is personally guiding projects that use the best methods and materials available, because I know this combination produces lasting work that will give the owner pride and satisfaction for decades to come.”

A valley native and Roanoke College graduate, Coulter's work has been selected for publication in such prestige periodicals as The Roanoke Times, The Roanoker magazine, Virginia Builder magazine, Blue Ridge Business Journal, and Builder / Architect's Southwestern Virginia Edition. His company, founded in 1978, has gained prominence for superior construction of large additions, single family homes, commercial buildings, and commercial and residential renovations in such areas as South Roanoke, Hunting Hills, Salem , Botetourt County and Smith Mountain Lake . As one of the select few Virginia builders to receive all three of his profession's national designations- certified builder, certified re modeler and graduate master builder- Coulter knows the secret of flawless jobs and happy clients. “The trick is to spend enough time on each job to know what's done each day, and who needs special materials and information to deliver the quality the client expects and I demand.”

We have experience with custom homes, additions, remodeling, buildings for new business as well as commercial renovations with projects ranging from a few thousand to almost two million dollars. In almost thirty years, there is not much we haven’t built.
